As Sales Manager Scandinavia (m/f/x) you are responsible for acquiring and sustainably building business relationships with suppliers and development partners in the assigned region. You are the contact person for existing and new customers. Furthermore, you also recognize cross- and upselling potentials and employ them to identify tailor-made solutions based on the product portfolio and customer needs. 

Additionally, you advise and support your customers. To support this process, working closely together with specialist departments (e.g. application engineering, R&D, customer service, and quality management) is of high importance. Furthermore, you carry out the concepts and offer presentations. You are very familiar with and feel comfortable negotiating prices and thus contributing to the long-term success of the company.
Requirements (“must have”)
  • Completed business studies or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in sales/key account management in a manufacturing company
  • Independent work as well as professional appearance and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A high level of willingness to travel in the Scandinavian region
  • A holistic and responsible task in a growing family business with a long tradition and a high degree of future orientation
